Meet Olivia…
Olivia has been a part of our Wigful Thinking team for three years, but she’s been a member of the family for much longer. Olivia is the granddaughter of the WT owner, Carol Risoldi Criscio, and she brings a wealth of experience as a licensed cosmetologist and her extensive work with surgeons.

What do you love about helping your clients?
Servicing their needs and assisting them in achieving well-being. The purchase of alternative hair provides dignity, femininity, and all-around happiness!
What are the implications of not getting the right wig?
I will be honest when I say that the biggest factor resulting in the “wrong” wig is misinformation. I take much pride in providing my time and knowledge with our clients and educating about the differences in cap construction, human vs. synthetic hair, color, and style.
Who is your ideal Wigful Thinking client?
Anyone who is open to the possibility of alternative hair. A great wig can make a person feel like a million dollars, and that is always my goal… to make my clients feel overjoyed.
